About Lachlan Harris
Lachlan has been working in real estate and the property industry on the Gold Coast for over 20 years and has been very successful during both the boom and difficult periods on the coast. His most recent role as “Head of Agency” and Director of CBRE Gold Coast has assisted building strong relationships with institutions and local/national developers in all areas of real estate, particularly development sides, large commercial holdings and site amalgamations.
He has proven successful in being able to adapt to the market and has been involved in may major commercial and retail asset transactions, and has had recent success selling large shopping centres and development sites.
Lachlan understands the current market and the broad commercial industry and his track record has led him to his present position of Managing Partner at Avanti Commercial.
