Kayne joined Avanti Commercial after three years of analytical and commercial sale experience at CBRE as a project analyst working on a vast range of development, retail, office and industrial assignments. Although most of his work focusses on the repositioning of commercial assets and development sites, Kayne also has achieved numerous sales and leases in the retail and office market which gives him a thorough understanding of the greater market and its drivers - greatly beneficial when working on development projects.

Major areas of focus for Kayne include town planning analysis (City of Gold Coast, Logan City and Tweed Shire Councils), comparable sales analysis, estimated price appraisals, marketing strategy, design and having an economic understanding of the commercial market and its drivers for report content.
