Throughout 30 years of banking & finance experience specialising in residential and commercial lending in Institutional and Non-Bank Sectors within Australia, Peter White has held multiple executive roles.

He has been Associate Director of Marketing & Distribution for AIDC Ltd, General Manager of Financial Directions and Integral Mortgage Corporation, Head of Private Banking Services for Charterbridge Davey and Chief Executive Officer of Wizard Home Loans and Global Capital Corporation.

Peter is currently the Managing Director of Avanti Commercial and Matrix Corporate Solutions. He has held the executive roles of State President in New South Wales for the Finance Brokers Association of Australia Ltd (FBAA), the National Senior Vice President and Chairman of the National Lenders Consultative Committee. He is a Director and, since November 2007 has been the National President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the FBAA.

Peter also sits on the Commonwealth Treasury Industry Consulting Committee and ASIC, ATO and Atorney General's Department. Committees to the finance industry.

Instrumental in the establishment of Avanti Commercial, Rosa is also the Executive Director of the Firm.

With Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health and Safety & Travel and Tourism Marketing Management, Rosa currently oversees all Sales nationally, HR, OH&S and Executive Administrative functions for Avanti Commercial.

Rosa has held the positions of National Sales Manager at Global Capital Corporation, National Broker Manager at Integral Mortgage Corporation, and Call Centre Manager 2IC and HR Assistant Manager at OneTel.
