The following facilities are generally for assets located overseas but can be applied to Australian based assets if appropriately viable. Structured Property Loans: Full doc loans for the purchase or refinance to improve property or for developments generally up to 85% LTV. Sub-ordinate mezzanine debt is also available up to 95% LTV. Specialised structures apply, minimum loan size USD $5m up to and USD $100m, larger amounts considered upon application. Instrument Funding: Private debt facilities secured against quantifiable Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit noting proof of ownership or capability of issuance to the beneficial owner must be confidentially identified. Minimum facility is USD $10.00m up to USD $500.00m, larger amounts considered upon application. Non-Recourse ‘Share Leverage Loans’ Funded against fluid Publicly Listed Shares globally as an Asset Lend, No Guarantees taken, No Margin Calls. Restriction for use of funds apply. ZIUS Project Funding Large Property and Infrastructure Projects up to 100% of Project + Establishment Costs. FLEX Project Funding Projects funded must have a SBLC as supplied by the Project Sponsor/Borrower covering 25% to 50% of funding needs and is collateralized to the Project, and funding provided for 100% of the requirements of the Project. Sophisticated International Private Clients Available to purchase of or for the sale of verifiable slightly seasoned or seasoned Banking Instruments and MTNs, generally above USD $100m, direct seller and or buyer transactions only, pre-agreed terms and completion fee, no up front costs.
